Our Team

Brad MacLay, ABR, CRS

Designated Broker/ Owner

Since 2002, Brad has helped buyers, sellers and investors across Phoenix and its suburbs buy, sell and manage homes, condos and income properties, including distressed, probate and guardianship properties. He has guided hundreds of clients through their transactions and is known as an ethical, trusted advisor. His specialty is pricing properties accurately and negotiating outcomes that work for everyone involved, and he holds the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification from the National Association of REALTORS®.

Brad is a longtime member of the National Association of REALTORS®, WeSERV and NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers). He also served two terms as President of the Arizona chapter of the Residential Real Estate Council (2015 and 2017).

Outside of work, Brad loves spending time with his wife, Jen, their three children and the family dog. Their favorite place to be is out on the lake, wakeboarding and water skiing together.

Jen MacLay, CRS

Real Estate Agent/ Owner

Since 2005, Jen has helped hundreds of families buy homes across Phoenix and its suburbs. She especially enjoys working with first-time buyers, people relocating, retirees, and families going through a transition. Jen works with each client to build a strategy around their goals. She is skilled at valuing properties and negotiating purchases. She reads current market data quickly, so her clients know what a home is really worth and can negotiate with confidence. Her goal is a smooth, positive experience and a fair outcome for everyone involved.

Jen is committed to growing her skills and keeping up with changes in the industry. In 2008 she earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, one of the top credentials for residential agents.

When she’s not working with clients, Jen loves spending time with friends and family. She runs half-marathons, competes in Ragnar Relay races, and spends time on the lake water-skiing and wakeboarding.

Samantha Huffman

Samantha has worked in property management since 2014, and her goal is simple: deliver outstanding customer care and build relationships that last. She started in luxury multifamily housing, where she managed luxury lease-ups and garden-style communities and trained new office staff. She also oversaw budgets and set rent prices based on current market trends, which gives her a sharp sense of what a property should earn.

Since joining MacLay Real Estate in 2020, Samantha has played a key role in day-to-day property management operations. She is committed to helping the company grow while keeping customer care at the highest level.

A fourth-generation Arizona native, Samantha loves spending time with friends and family, binge-watching Netflix, and escaping to the White Mountains for weekend getaways.

Velesha Burnett

Velesha has been in the Real Estate business since 2004 and apart of the MacLay Real Estate team since 2015, focusing on Property Management. She's thrives to direct and assist clients with their management needs. While off duty she's spending time with family. Velesha also enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and scuba diving.

Naomi brings a strong background in real estate and property management to the MacLay Real Estate team. She is one of our top-producing property managers and stands out for how well she communicates: owners, tenants and vendors always know where things stand. She is also an expert on repairs and property upkeep, catching small issues early before they become costly ones. Among her many responsibilities, Naomi oversees our furnished rentals and keeps them guest-ready and well maintained.

Whether you’re an owner, a tenant or a vendor, Naomi works hard to make every interaction a great experience. She’ll always greet you with a bright smile and a positive attitude.

Away from the office, Naomi is the proud mom of an adult son. She loves to bake and rarely misses a chance to cheer at a live sporting event.

Austin Lange

Assistant Property Manager

Austin is an Assistant Property Manager at MacLay Real Estate. Austin has previous experience in apartment maintenance, and is now quickly learning the other half of property management. Austin prides himself in having excellent customer service and communication skills and is very patient with both the tenant and the Landlords that we work with. Austin loves live music, games, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife and two cattle dogs.

David heads up our maintenance team and is very skilled at handling all types of repairs.

Pearly Joanne Payot

Assistant Property Manager

Pearly is a Property Management Specialist, and has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2019. She enjoys working with clients and real estate investors and is very efficient at problem solving. With her customer service skills, she's able to assist clients efficiently. Pearly enjoys travelling and long drives, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
