Brad MacLay, ABR, CRS

Designated Broker

Bradley MacLay is a real estate broker and property manager with MacLay Real Estate serving Phoenix, Arizona and the surrounding suburbs. Since 2002, he has been representing buyers, sellers, and investors in the purchase, sale, and management of residential houses, condos, and income properties, including distressed, probate, & guardianship properties. Known as a highly ethical, trusted advisor, Brad has guided hundreds of clients through the process of buying and selling real estate; facilitating mutually beneficial outcomes and creating a positive experience for all clients served. With a specialty in evaluating and accurately valuing properties and negotiating a win-win solution for all stakeholders, each client is guaranteed the best sale, purchase, and rental prices for their situation. Active in the industry, Brad is a long-term member of the National Association of Realtors and the former two-term President of the Arizona chapter of the Residential Real Estate Council- RRC (2015 & 2017). He holds membership in WeSERV Association of Realtors and is a member of the Tempe Professionals Networking Group. Additionally, Brad donates a great deal of time and energy to his children's youth activities. When not working with clients, Brad enjoys spending time with friends and family, wakeboarding, and exploring new locations.

Jen MacLay, CRS

Real Estate Agent

Jennifer MacLay is a trusted real estate agent with MacLay Real Estate serving Phoenix, Arizona and the surrounding suburbs. Since 2005, she has been representing buyers in the purchase of residential properties. With a special emphasis on first-time buyers, relocations, retirees, and families in transition --Jen collaborates with clients to design a strategy tailored to achieve their objectives. She has guided hundreds of families to make the best decisions for their unique situation when purchasing real estate. Jen specializes in evaluating and negotiating real estate sales. She will quickly analyze current market data and trends to accurately value the property and will negotiate the best sale prices possible. Her goal is to create a positive experience and facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved. Motivated to improve her skills and stay abreast of the changes in the industry, Jen has made a commitment to building her skills and industry knowledge through continuing education earning the Certified Residential Specialist designation in 2008. When not working with clients, prospecting, or building her business, Jen enjoys spending time with friends and family, running half-marathons, water-skiing, wakeboarding, and competing in Ragnar Relay Races.

Samantha Huffman is a Property Manager with MacLay Real Estate. Samantha is driven to exceed goals and build long term relationships with customers by delivering positive experiences through high-quality customer care. Samantha began her career in property management in 2014 working in luxury multi-family housing. She experienced managing luxury lease-ups, garden style communities, and was responsible for training new office employees. She was vital in managing budgets, as well as rent pricing based on current market trends. Samantha was excited to join MacLay Real Estate in early 2020 where she assists with daily operations of property management. She is highly motivated to help MacLay Real Estate grow while maintaining the highest level of customer care. Samantha is a fourth generation Arizona native. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, binge watching Netflix, and escaping for weekend getaways in the White Mountains.

She's thrives to direct and assist clients with their management needs. While off duty she's spending time with family. Velesha also enjoys spending time outdoors traveling and scuba diving.

Naomi has joined MacLay Real Estate in the property management division in 2023 as an assistant property manager. She has a background in Real Estate and property management. Naomi is excellent at engaging with customers, vendors, and tenants. She works hard to provide the best experience for anyone who has the pleasure of working with her. Naomi will always greet you with a bright smile and an excellent attitude, and has provided an exceptional set of skills and assets to the MacLay Real Estate team.

Austin is an Assistant Property Manager at MacLay Real Estate. Austin has previous experience in apartment maintenance, and is now quickly learning the other half of property management. Austin prides himself in having excellent customer service and communication skills and is very patient with both the tenant and the Landlords that we work with. Austin loves live music, games, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife and two cattle dogs.

Pearly is a Property Management Specialist, and has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2019. She enjoys working with clients and real estate investors and is very efficient at problem solving. With her customer service skills, she's able to assist clients efficiently. Pearly enjoys travelling and long drives, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
